fresh - Sticky Chicken #1, no fuss
1. 16 ounce bottle Russian or Catalina salad dressing
2/3 cup apricot preserves
2 envelopes onion soup mix
8/9 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
In a bowl, combine the dressing, preserves and soup mix.
Place chicken in ungreased baking pan.
Top with dressing mixture.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes.
Baste, then uncover and bake 20 minutes longer or until
juices run clear.
Serve over hot rice or noodles.
Makes 8/9 servings.
