fresh - Sticky Chicken #3
2 t. salt
1 t. paprika
1/4 t. cayenne
1/2 t. onion powder
1/2 t. thyme
1/2 t. white pepper
1/4 t. garlic powder
1/4 t. black pepper
3 pounds chicken, cut up or whole
1 c. chopped onions
Combine 1st eight ingredients.
Rub over chicken.
Put in plastic bag in refrigerator overnight.
Heat oven to 250 degrees F.
Stuff onions in chicken or sprinkle under pieces in pan.
Roast chicken for about 5 hours, basting with pan juices.
Makes 6 - 8 servings.
