    leftover - Bacon + Chicken + Stuffing Muffin Pies

    6 slices chopped bacon, 1/2 cooked
    3 cups herb stuffing mix, or your own homemade
    1 cup chicken broth
    1 cup diced, cooked chicken

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    Coat a muffin tin with cooking spray.
    Mix stuffing, broth, and diced chicken together in a large bowl.
    Spoon into muffin cups, pressing down firmly.
    Sprinkle bacon over top.
    Bake for 25 minutes and let cool for 10 minutes.
