    leftover - Chicken Carbona #2

    olive oil
    minced garlic
    4 cups coarsely shredded leftover chicken
    ...(from 1 roasted chicken)
    2 cups whipping cream
    1 cup Parmesan cheese
    7 large egg yolks
    1/4 cup basil
    1/4 cup parsley
    Salt
    1 pound spaghetti pasta
    Freshly ground black pepper
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted, optional
    1 tablespoon finely grated lemon peel

    Saute garlic and chicken in olive oil.
    Mix cream, cheese, yolks, basil, and parsley to blend.
    Cook pasta al dente to package directions. Drain.
    Add chicken mixture and cream mixture to the pasta and
    cook about 5 minutes. Add the walnuts and lemon zest.
