leftover - Chicken Florentine
1 box (9 ounces) frozen Creamed Spinach
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce or to taste
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 cups of leftover cooked chicken, cubed
Peel back plastic film on spinach package slightly to
vent
Heat 4 minutes on high setting in microwave.
Remove plastic film completely.
Stir in 1/2 of the cheese and hot sauce.
Heat 2 minutes on high.
Top with chunks of chicken.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over top and cook 30 seconds
or until cheese is melted.
Makes 4 servings.
