1 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
...yolks beaten
...whites beaten until stiff peaks form
1 cup milk
1 cup chopped cooked chicken
2 teaspoons onions, chopped
1/4 cup carrot, grated
In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix together egg yolks and milk.
Add to the flour mixture, then stir chicken, onion,
and carrot. Fold in egg whites. Pour into a greased
baking dish and bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes.
