    leftover - Chicken, fried w/cranberry dipping sauce

    batter for chicken::
    3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    Dash of pepper
    3/4 c. beer
    1 c. cooking oil (for frying)
    2 1/4 cups cooked poultry
    1 lg. apple, peeled, cored & cut into chunks

    dipping sauce:
    Combine in a small bowl:
    2 Tablespoons honey
    1, 16 ounce can jellied cranberry sauce

    batter for chicken:
    Prepare batter, dip frying parts and apple chunks,
    one at a time.
    Fry to golden in hot oil.

    dipping sauce:
    Combine together in a small bowl.
