leftover - Enchilada Chicken Ring
2 cooked boneless chicken breast chopped
6 oz grated cheddar cheese or mixed cheese,
...save some for top
1 can cream chicken soup
1 small can diced chili peppers
1 can diced tomatoes with chilies drained
2 Tablespoons Taco seasoning
2 cans crescent rolls
Open crescent rolls divided into pieces Leaving about
4 inch hole in center of stone. Place the wedges with
wide end on inside with long pointed end with an over
hang. With dough roller roll to seal and flattened . Put
meat mixture all around not touching the inside. Place
the pointed ends over to center. Cook 350 degrees F.
until brown. Can also use a cookie sheet but watch
several times while cooking.
Can also use ground beef with taco mix and use an egg
to help hold meat together. Enjoy Recipe
