leftover - SantaFe Chicken + Stuffing
1, 10 3/4 ounce can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
1, 8 ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
1, 4 ounce can chopped green chilies, drained
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
4 cups dry herb seasoned stuffing
1 cup shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
chunky salsa
Mix soup, milk, corn, chilies and chicken. Add stuffing. Mix lightly.
Spoon into 2 quart shallow baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 25 minutes. Top with cheese. Bake for 5 minutes or until
cheese is melted. Serve with salsa. Serves 6. Recipe
