    I know a girl I use to work with made this.
    It is simple, and really good.

    Cheesecake, breeze by, easy

    1, 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c cup powdered confectioners sugar
    1 cup sour cream
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    1, 8 ounce package frozen whipped topping, thawed
    2 vanilla wafer crusts

    Beat cheese until smooth by hand, then gradually beat in sugar.
    Blend in sour cream and vanilla.
    Fold in whipped topping, blending well.
    Spoon into crust.
    Chill until set, approximately four hours.
    Makes 2 pies.
