Chocolate Cheese Mousse
1, 4 ounce package cook type chocolate pudding/pie filling
1 3/4 cups milk
1 teaspoon instant coffee
1, 8 ounce package cream cheese, cubed
Combine pudding mix, milk and coffee in saucepan. Cook
over medium heat until mixture comes to full boil,
stirring constantly. Add cream cheese and beat until
blended. Pour into 1 quart mold. Place waxed paper on
the surface and chill until set.
Unmold. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
Variation:
Substitute 2 Tablespoons brandy
or
white creme de menthe for instant coffee.
