Cheesecake - Mini's #1

24 cupcake liners
24 vanilla wafers
2, 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup white granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1, 20/21 ounce canned fruit pie filling

Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Line cupcake pans with liners.
Place a vanilla wafer, flat side up, in bottom of each liner.
In small bowl beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and
vanilla until light and fluffy.
Fill the liners 2/3 full with cheese mixture.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until set.
Top with spoon of filling that has at least 3 cherries in it.
Makes 24.
