    Antipasto Squares

    1, 15 ounce jar Sweet Roasted Peppers, drained
    2 pkgs. Crescent Rolls (Pillsbury)
    3 eggs
    3 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
    ...(or Cheddar if you prefer)
    Pepper to taste
    1/4 pound, thinly sliced Genoa salami
    1/4 pound, thinly sliced provolone cheese
    1/4 pound, thinly sliced boiled ham
    1/4 pound, thinly sliced Swiss cheese
    1/4 pound, thinly sliced pepperoni

    In 13x9x2 pan place one package of rolls on bottom.
    Then layer meat and cheese in order starting with salami.
    Place roasted peppers on top.
    Mix eggs, grated cheese and pepper together.
    Pour most of the mixture over the peppers.
    Cover with other package of rolls.
    Brush the rest of the egg mixture on top.
    Cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 325 degrees F. for 25 minutes.
    Uncover and bake another 10-15 minutes until brown.
    Let cool and cut into squares.
    Serve warm (or room temperature).
