Bacon Pinwheels
2, 8 ounce cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
10 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup finely minced onion
1/4 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light
2 teaspoons dried parsley
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Use ungreased baking sheets. Separate
the rolls into 8 rectangles. Press firmly on the perforation marks to seal.
Combine the remaining ingredients. Spread the mixture equally among
the rectangles. Start at the short side of the rectangle and roll up,
be sure to seal the end to the roll. Use a bit of water, if necessary.
Use a sharp knife to cut each roll into 4 slices. Carefully set the
pinwheels
on the baking sheets. Flatten down a bit.
Bake for 15 minutes, until golden brown.
