Ham + Cheese Cresecent Pie
1 - 8 oz. can crescent rolls
2 eggs- beaten
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
8 oz. cubed Monteray Jack Cheese
2 c. cooked and cubed ham
1 c. steamed brocolli flowerettes
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preheat oven to 325 degrees farenheit.
Open crescent rolls, reserve 3 triangles of dough for top.
Pinch remaining five triangles of dough together and spread
with fingers to cover an 8 or 9 inch pie tin.
Beat eggs and stir in remaining ingredients. Fill pie shell.
Cut remaining triangles of dough into narrow strips.
Stretch and twist across pie in criss-cross fashion.
Pinch to edges of pie shell.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until center is set.
Let stand for 5 minutes before cuttings and serving.
A light and delightful quiche type pie sure to please the
breakfast or brunch crowd
