    Lemon Honey Buns

    for buns:
    3 oz. package of cream cheese
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. coconut - if you like it
    1 T. honey
    1 t. lemon juice
    1 t. finely grated lemon zest
    8 oz. can Crescent Dinner Rolls

    for glaze:
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 t. butter - softened
    1 T. lemon juice
    1 t. finely grated lemon zest

    Heat oven to 350 degrees.
    for buns:
    In a small bowl, combine first 5 ingredients until smooth.
    Separate crescent dough into 2 large rectangles.
    Overlap long sides for form 13x7 inch rectangle; firmly
    press edges and perforations to seal.
    Spread with cream cheese mixture.
    Starting at longer side, roll up; press edges to seal.
    Cut into 12 slices (use strong thread and they will be easy
    to do and stay very round).
    Bake on baking sheet lined with parchment paper for 15 -
    20 minutes, or until golden brown.
    for glaze:
    In a small bowl, combine glaze ingredients; spread over warm
    rolls.
    Refrigerate any leftovers.
