Meat + Cheese Crescent Appetizers

2 (8-ounce) packages crescent roll dough
1/4 pound salami, sliced
1/4 pound pepperoni, sliced
1/4 pound ham, sliced
1/4 pound provolone cheese, sliced
1/4 pound Swiss cheese, sliced
1 (12-ounce) jar roasted red peppers
3 eggs
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Coat a 9x13x2 inch pan with cooking spray.
Layer crescent roll dough,provolone, salami, pepperoni,
roasted red peppers, ham and Swiss cheese.
Combine and beat eggs, Parmesan cheese and pepper.
Pour over layered casserole.
Coat aluminum foil with cooking spray and cover pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until brown.
Serve hot or cold.
Makes 3 to 4 dozen appetizer pieces; serves 10 to 12.
