    Reuben Crescent Casserole

    1 pound sauerkraut
    1/2 pound sliced corned beef
    1/2 pound shredded Swiss cheese
    2 medium sliced tomatoes
    2 Tablespoons butter
    4 Tablespoons Thousand Island dressing
    1 can refrigerator crescent rolls

    Spread sauerkraut in 12x8x2 inch baking dish.
    Top with corned beef, then cheese, then tomatoes.
    Dot with butter and dressing.
    Bake at 400 degrees F. for 15 - 20 minutes.
    Unroll crescent rolls. Do not separate. Lay over top
    of the other ingredients to form a crust. Bake until
    top is golden, about 15 minutes.
