Sausage Crescent Bites
2 cans Crescent Rolls
1 pounds your favorite kind sausage
8 ounces cream cheese
mustard
sesame seeds, optional
1 egg white
Open crescent rolls and pinch perforations together.
You will have four rectangles.
Spread each rectangle with mustard.
Cook sausage and cool.
Mix sausage with cream cheese.
Spread 1/4 of this mixture on 1/2 of each rectangle.
Close each rectangle pinching ends and sides together.
Brush with egg white that has been beaten until foamy.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Cook at 350 for 15 minutes for light brown, 20 minutes
if a browner look is preferred.
Slice and serve.
