Sausage Pizza Crescents
1 pound bulk sausage cooked and drained
1, 8 ounce jar of pizza sauce
1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tubes of refrigerated crescent rolls
Parmesean cheese
In a bowl, combine the cooked sausage, pizza sauce, and
cheese. Mix well.
Seperate the crescent rolls into eight rectangles,
pinching seams together.
Place 3 TBL. of the meat mixture along one long side of
each rectangle.
Roll up jelly style, starting with a long side.
Cut each roll into three pieces.
Place seam side down on a greased baking sheet.
Sprinkle with the parmesean cheese.
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes about 2 dozen crescent treats.
