Vegetable + Cream Cheese Pizza
2 packages refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
Spread in ungreased pan.[seal seams]
You will use 1 package per pizza.
This recipe makes enough for 2 pies.
Bake rolls for 13 minutes at 375 degrees.
Let cool completely.
Mix the following together and spread
1/2 on each cooled crust:
2, 3 ounce packages cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 Tablespoon parsley flakes
2/3 cup Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon grated onion
finely chop and layer on top
...of the cheese mixture:
1 cup fresh tomatoes
2 cups fresh cauliflower
1/2 cup shredded carrot
2 cups broccoli
3/4 cup sweet green/red bell pepper
1 cup celery
Sprinkle top with shredded cheese.
[I use one package of Monterey Jack and
Cheddar cheese blended in one package]
Makes 2 pizzas.
