    Vegie Bars

    2 rolls Pillsbury crescent rolls
    2 pkg cream cheese -- (8 oz.)
    1/2 c sour cream
    3/4 c mayonnaise
    1 env dry Ranch dressing mix
    3/4 c green pepper -- finely chopped
    1/2 c onion (red is nice) -- finely chopped
    1/2 c broccoli -- finely chopped
    1/2 c grated carrots
    1/2 c cauliflower -- finely chopped
    1/2 tomato, deseeded -- finely chopped
    shredded cheddar cheese

    Unroll crescent rolls and line an 11x17 jelly roll pan.
    Bake at 350 degrees F for 8 minutes.
    Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayo and dressing mix.
    Spread over cooled crust. Sprinkle with vegies.
    Place wax paper over the top and press vegies into
    cream cheese mixture.
    Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Cut into bars.
