    There are two recipes listed here. One is just a sauce andthe other is for a creamy chicken that you may serve with noodles or rice...Or combine the recipes as suggested. crockpot - Creamy Chicken, (Alfredo sauce)

    Creamy Alfredo Sauce

    1, 8 ounce package cream cheese, cut in bits
    3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup milk
    1, 8 ounce package fettuccine pasta

    Cook pasta al dente according to package directions. Drain.
    In a medium saucepan combine all the other ingredients.
    Stirring constantly, cook over a low heat until the cheese is melted and well blended.
    Pour over the pasta and toss until well coated.

    Sauce kind of tastes like alfredo when done.

    Creamy Chicken

    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1 packet dried Italian salad dressing mix
    1 small sliced onion
    1 minced garlic clove
    2 tablespoons melted butter, optional
    1, 10 3/4 ounce can Cream of Chicken soup
    1, 8 ounce package cream cheese, (you mey use low fat)
    1/2 Cup chicken broth, optional

    Place chicken in a 4 quart or larger crockpot.
    Sprinkle with Italian dressing mix.
    Pour melted butter over.
    Sprinkle onions and garlic over all.
    Cook on low heat for 4 - 5 hours.
    About 45 minutes before you're ready to eat, remove the chicken and set aside.
    You may discard the onion slices if you desire, now.

    **You may continue or mix with the recipe above and serve.

    Add the cream cheese and soup to crockpot,
    stirring occassionally until smooth.
    While the cream cheese is melting, cut the chicken into bite size pieces.
    Add the chicken once the mixture is smooth.
    Thin with chicken broth, if desired.

    Serve over fettucine, rice or mashed potatoes.

    You can also use 3 pounds of chicken pieces instead of the
    chicken breasts. Cook for 6 hours.
