Crockpot - Apple Cider Beef Stew

List of Ingredients
8 thinly sliced carrots
6 thinly sliced potatoes
2 chopped apples
1 - 2 lbs. beef cubes
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
2 tbsp. dry minced onion
2 c. apple ciderRecipe
Place the carrots, potatoes, and apples in the crockpot/slow cooker.
Add the beef and bouillon cubes.
Sprinkle with the salt, thyme, and onion.
Pour the apple cider over top of the spices.
Cover and cook on a low heat for 10 - 12 hours.
Thicken the juices and serve.
Makes 6 servings.
