    Crockpot - Apple Glazed Roast Pork

    List of Ingredients




    1 4lb. pork loin roast
    6 apples
    1/4 c. apple juice
    3 tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Rub the roast with the salt and pepper.
    Place the roast under the broiler to remove the excess fat.
    Drain well and set aside.
    Peel, core and quarter the apples.
    Place the apple quarters in the bottom of a crockpot/slow cooker.
    Lay the roast on top of the apples.
    Combine the apple juice, brown sugar, and ginger together and spoon over the top section of the roast, coating well.
    Cover and cook on low heat for 10 - 12 hours or until done.
