Crockpot - Beef Vegetable Soup

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. beef cubes, trimmed of fat
1 c. chopped cauliflower
1 c chopped broccoli
1 c. chopped cabbage
1 16oz. can cut green beans
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. chopped carrots
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 qt. vegetable or tomato juice
2 beef bouillon cubes
water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. parsleyRecipe
Coat a skillet with non stick cooking spray.
Brown the beef cubes and drain off any fat.
Place all the ingredients, except the water in the crockpot/slow cooker.
Add just enough water to cover, if needed.
Cook on low for 8 - 10 hours.
