    Be sure to put this on the night before you want it.

    List of Ingredients




    1 32oz. pkg. frozen southern style hashbrown potatoes
    1 lb. bacon, cut into pieces, fried and drained
    1/2 c. diced onions
    1 diced green pepper
    3/4 lb. diced or shredded Cheddar cheese
    12 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Place the frozen potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot/slow cooker.
    Next mix the bacon, onions and green peppers together and lay on top of the potatoes.
    Sprinkle with the cheese.
    Beat the eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper together.
    Pour over the cheese.
    Cook on low heat for 10 to 12 hours.
    Makes 10 servings.
