Crockpot - Carrot Soup

List of Ingredients
1/4 c. rice
6 thinly sliced carrots
1 med. thinly sliced onion
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
pinch of thyme
6 c. chicken broth (4 cans)
2 tbsp. honeyRecipe
Set the rice aside.
Place the rest of the ingredients into the crockpot/slow cooker and stir.
Cover and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
Add the rice 40 minutes before done.
Makes 4 servings.
