crockpot - Chili Chicken
1 pkg. corn tortillas
2 - 4 c. cooked chicken
1 15/16oz. can chili (with or without beans)
3/4 c. chicken broth
1 10 3/4oz. can cream of chicken soup
1 10 3/4oz. can cream of celery soup
1 small can diced green chilies
Break the tortillas into bite size pieces.
Cut the chicken into bite size pieces.
Mix together the chili, chicken broth, soups and the green chilies into a sauce.
Put a layer of 1/2 of the sauce in the bottom crockpot/slow cooker.
Next a layer of 1/2 of the tortillas.
Then a layer of 1/2 of the chicken.
Place the other 3 layers in, in the same order.
Cover and cook on low for 3 - 4 hours.
Top with cheese for the last 10 minutes of cooking.
Makes 6 - 8 servings.
