Crockpot - Clam Chowder

List of Ingredients
1 finely chopped onion
1 4oz. can minced clams, drained, reserve juice
2 tbsp. butter
1 finely chopped onion
2 10 3/4oz. cans cream of potato soup
2 10 3/4oz. cans cream of celery soup
1 quart half + half
salt and pepper to taste
1 smidgeon curryRecipe
Coat a frying pan with non stick cooking spray.
Saute the onion for 2 - 3 minutes.
Place all the ingredients into the crockpot/slow cooker and stir.
Cook on low for 4 hours.
Use the clam juice only to thin if soup gets too thick.
