Crockpot - Country Roast + Vegetables

List of Ingredients
1 roast, thawed
4 - 5 potatoes, peeled and sliced
4 - 5 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 sliced onion
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. water
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 16oz. can whole kernel corn
1 16oz. can cut green beansRecipe
Place the roast in the crockpot.
Add the potatoes, carrots, onion and butter.
Add the water and sprinkle with the flour for the gravy.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cook on high for 5 - 6 hours.
Add the corn and green beans one hour before roast is done.
