Crockpot - Meatball Casserole

List of Ingredients
1 pound ground lean hamburger
seasoned salt and pepper to taste
1 medium onion, cut into 1/4, and then each cut in half
1/3 cup of beef or vegetable broth
2 teaspoons dried parsley
3/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
6 - 8 medium washed potatoes, cut into bite size pieces
3, 12 ounce containers beef gravy
2, 15 ounce cans cut green beans, drained
Recipe
Mix the meat, broth, parsley, onion, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper together.
Roll into balls and place on the bottom of the crockpot/slow cooker.
Gently place the potatoes on top of the balls.
Lay the green beans on top of that.
Carefully, pour the gravy over top.
Sprinkle with a bit more salt and pepper, if desired.
Cover and cook on low heat setting for about 6 hours.
