Crockpot - Pork Chops + Potatoes

List of Ingredients
6 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick
salt and pepper
1 tbsp. cooking oil
3 tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light
4 c. seasoned croutons
1/4 c. + 1/2 c. chicken broth, divided
3 med. peeled potatoes, quartered
1 can cream of celery soupRecipe
Brown the pork chops in the oil in a frying pan.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Melt the butter light and mix with the croutons and 1/4 c. of the broth.
Roll into small balls and place on top of the pork chops; or just scoop a mound onto the pork chops.
Put the chops into the crockpot/slow cooker.
Place the potato pieces betweeen/around the porkchops
Mix the 1/2 c. broth and the soup together and pour over top.
Cover and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
