Crockpot - Spare Ribs Dinner

List of Ingredients
4 or 5 boneless country style spareribs
1/2 head cabbage, cut into about 6 pieces
4 potatoes, quartered
4 - 6 carrots, cut into 3" pieces
1 can tomato sauce (12 or 16 oz.)
salt and pepper to tasteRecipe
Turn crockpot/slow cooker on high.
Brown the spareribs in a frying pan. Cut off fat. Set aside.
Place the potatoes and carrots into the crockpot.
Place the cabbage on top of the vegetables.
Place the spareribs on top of the cabbage.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the tomato sauce on top, allowing it to drip down through the mixture.
Cover tightly and cook for 30 minutes.
Then cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
