    Crockpot - Sweet + Sour Pork

    List of Ingredients




    2 lbs. boneless pork, cut into 1" pieces
    2 tbsp. corn oil
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1 medium chopped onion
    3 tbsp. cornstarch
    3 tbsp. cold water
    not quite 1/4 c. white vinegar
    2 tbsp. catsup
    2 tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1 16oz. can pineapple chunks, drained

    Recipe



    Brown the pork in the oil.
    Place the pork in the bottom of the crockpot/slow cooker.
    Mix the green pepper and onions together and then place on top of the chops in the crockpot.
    Mix the cornstarch with the cold water, making sure there are no lumps.
    Add the remaining ingredients into the cornstarch mixture and pour into crockpot.
    Cover and cook on low for 4 - 6 hours.
