Crockpot - Apple Pie

10 granny smith apples, peeled, cored + sliced
1 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. softened butter
3 tbsp. cold butter
3/4 c. + 1/3 c. white granulated sugar, separated
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c + 1 c. flour, separated
Recipe
Very lightly grease inside 5 quart slow cooker, (crockpot.)
Toss apples in large bowl with cinnamon and pour into cooker.
Combine milk, softened butter, 3/4 c. sugar, eggs, vanilla, and 1/2 c. flour. Spoon over top of the apples.
Blend 1 c. flour, 1/3 c. sugar and cold butter into a crumbly mixture. Sprinkle over top of spooned mixture.
Cover and cook on low 6 - 7 hours or until apples are soft.
