    Crockpot - Creamy Beef Roast

    List of Ingredients

    4 - 5 lb. roast
    1 clove garlic
    salt + pepper to taste
    3/4 c. sour cream
    3 tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. white wine
    4 chopped carrots
    2 chopped celery stalks
    1 small onion, sliced
    2 beef bouillon cubes

    Recipe

    Rub roast with garlic and season with salt and pepper. Place in
    the crockpot.
    Mix sour cream with flour and wine and add to crockpot.
    Add carrots, celery, onion and beef cubes. Stir slightly.
    Cover and cook on low 10 - 12 hours.
    Serve over noodles.
    You can double the sauce if you like more sauce.
