    crockpot - HashBrown Potatoes + Cheese

    2, 10 3/4 ounce cans condensed cheese soup,
    ...undiluted
    1 1/3 cup lowfat buttermilk
    2 Tablespoons melted butter
    1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
    1/4 teasooon garlic powder, or more to taste
    1/2 teaspooon ground black pepper
    1, 32 ounce package frozen hash browns, still frozen
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 teaspoon ground paprika, hot style if desired

    In crockpot/slow cooker, combine soup, buttermilk,
    butter, salt, garlic powder and black pepper.
    Stir in hash browns and onion.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan and paprika.
    Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or until
    potatoes are tender.
    Makes 8 servings.
