    crockpot - Chicken Corn Chowder

    Source of Recipe

from an unnamed person at homefireshearth
A good crockpot recipe. This is a family favorite. It
serves as a main dish for our family. It is easy to double.
I like to serve raisin bread (from the bread machine) with it.

    crockpot - Chicken Corn Chowder

1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
    1 1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon dried minced onion (or fresh, chopped)
    1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
    2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1, 15.25 ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)

Combine the soup, milk, onion and parsley.
Stir in chicken and corn; heat through.
Add the cheese; stir until melted.
    Makes 4 servings.
