1 boneless breast for each person
2 packets of Italian Dressing mix such as Good Seasons brand
1/4 cup of water
2 cans cream of chicken soup
12 oz. cream cheese, softened and cubed
cooked white or yellow rice or noodles
Place chicken in the crockpot. Mix the water and dressing
mix. Pour over the chicken. Cook on low for 5-6 hours. Mix
cream of chicken soup and cubed cream cheese together.
Mix in with the chicken, breaking the chicken up as you are
mixing. Serve over rice or noodles.
