1 1/2 pounds hamburger
1 med. chopped onion
1 small head cabbage, cut into small wedges
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1, 15 ounce can diced tomatoes
1, 15 ounce can tomato puree
1, 10 3/4 ounce can tomato soup
salt and pepper to taste
Brown ground beef and onions. Drain and add rice. Place
beef mixture in crockpot/slow cooker. Place cabbage on
top of beef mixture. Mix remaining ingredients, pour over all.
Cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
