If using a 2 quart crockpot, reduce this recipe by 1/2.

crockpot - One Pot Beef Dinner

1/2 to 1 pound ground beef
3/4 pound bacon, cut into small pieces
1 cup chopped onion
2, 15/16 ounce cans pork and beans
1, 15/16 ounce can kidney beans, drained
1/2 of 1 pound bag frozen butter limas,
...(original recipe called for 1, 16 ounce can
...butter limas, drained)
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 Tablespoon liquid smoke
3 Tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper

Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain off fat and place
in crockpot/slow cooker. Brown bacon and onions
together. Drain off fat.
Add bacon, onions and remaining ingredients to crockpot.
Stir together well. Cover and cook on low 4 to 9 hours.
