    - We loved these! Only thing I wouldn't cook it as long since the meat was so tender it was more like shreds and bits. I kinda like it in strips. I cooked it 6 hours and that was still too long (yes it was on low). Maybe my slow cooker cooks too fast.
    - Good stuff! Even the kids liked it!

    List of Ingredients




    crockpot - Philly Steak + Cheese

    2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1/4 inch thick strips,
    ...on the grain, please)
    1 medium onion, cut into thin rings
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    5 1/4 ounces cream of celery soup
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    4-6 hamburger buns or hoagie rolls
    toppings:
    lettuce
    tomato
    mayonnaise
    Cheese Whiz
    Provolone cheese

    Place the first 7 ingriedents into your crock pot, turn to low heat, and cook for 8 hours.
    Toast the buns and top with your choice of toppings and then the meat mixture.
