1/2 cup butter
1 chopped onion
1, 28 ounce can sauerkraut, drained
1 1/2 pounds corkscrew pasta, cooked al dente
...to package directions, drained
2, 10 1/2 ounce cans cream of celery soup
1/2 cup sour cream

Brown the sauerkraut and onion in the butter.
Mix the noodles, sauerkraut, soup and the
some sour cream together. Place into the crockpot/
slow cooker and cook on low for at least 1 hour.
