Recipe Introduction
I use the crockpot a lot in the summer so I don't heat up
the kitchen.
List of Ingredients
crockpot - Sausage, Potatoes + Peas Dinner
4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 lb. fully cooked kielbasa or Polish sausage, cut into 1/2" slices
2 med. onion, sliced and separated into rings
1 can (10-3/4 ozs.) condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
1 can (10-3/4 ozs.) condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
1 pkg. (10 ozs.) frozen peas, thawed
In a greased 5 qt. crockpot/slow cooker, layer 1/3 of the
potatoes, sausage,
onions and cheese soup. Repeat layers twice. Pour cream of celery soup
over the top. Cover and cook on low for 5-1/2 hrs. or until the
potatoes are tender. Add the peas and cook 30 mins. longer. Yield:6-8
