crockpot - Turkey Breast, lemon + herb
2 to 3 pound turkey breast
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 cup dry white wine
salt and pepper to taste
2 cloves garlic
Place turkey skin side down in crockpot/slow cooker.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours, basting turkey
occasionally, if possible.
