    Ice Cream Dessert #2, w/crackers, easy

    2 tubes Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
    1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
    1 cup milk
    3 small packages instant vanilla pudding
    frozen whipped topping, thawed

    Set ice cream out at room temperature for 1/2 hour.
    Melt butter.
    Mix crackers and butter together.
    Pat into 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan, reserving 1/2 cup.
    Do Not bake.
    Add milk to ice cream and instant pudding.
    Mix thoroughly and pour onto crust.
    Refrigerate.
    Top with whipped topping and the remaining cracker mix.
