    1 12oz. pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 c. Kahlua
    dash Aromatic Bitters, optional
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    1/8 c. sugar
    whites from 4 large eggs
    pinch salt
    maraschino cherries

    Recipe



    Place the chocolate chips, the Kahlua and the Aromatic Bitters in the top of a double boiler.
    Get the water to a simmer and stir the ingredients occasionally until the chips melt.
    Remove the bowl from the heat and let it cool down.
    Beat the whipping cream and sugar until it forms stiff peaks. Place in the refrigerator until ready to use.
    In another bowl, whip the egg whites and salt until it forms stiff peaks.
    Fold the whites mixture into the cream mixture.
    By this time the melted chocolate should be cool and ready to use.
    Whip 1/3 of the whites/cream mixture into the cooled chocolate.
    Carefully, fold the remaining 2/3 of the whites/cream mixture into the chocolate, be careful not to over mix.
    Place into individual serving bowls and top each with a cherry.
    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
    Makes 4 servings.
