No Bake Peanut/Chocolate Brownies

4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped peanuts
1/2 c. powdered confectioners sugar
1/4 c. smooth peanut butter
2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract Recipe
Butter or grease a 9" square baking pan.
Combine the graham crumbs, peanuts, sugar, and butter together and blend well. Set aside.
Using a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and milk over a low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
Remove from the heat and add vanilla. Remove 1/2 c. and set aside.
Pour the remaining chocolate mixture over the crumb mixture and stir until well blended.
Spread evenly in the baking pan.
Frost with the reserved chocolate mixture.
Chill for about 1 hour. Makes about 2 dozen.
