    6 apples
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
    1 cup plain non fat yogurt
    1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

    Puree ingredients in blender/food processor until smooth.
    Spread puree on plastic sheets in dehydrator trays, 1/4 inch thick.
    Dry until leathery (pliable but not sticky). Serves: 4
